Pool cleaning and maintenance
We handle pool cleaning and maintenance in Port Saint Lucie, Palm City, Jensen Beach, and Stuart. We offer residential pool cleaning and commercial pool cleaning, and we are CPO certified.
What's included each week
The monthly service plan includes the following services each week:
- Vacuum swimming pool.
- Skim pool surface.
- Brush pool walls.
- Brush waterline tile.
- The pool will be chemically balanced on each service day.
- All equipment will be inspected each service day.
- Clean filter as needed, based on pressure valve reading.
- Clean skimmer and pump baskets.
- Evaluate overall pool health.
Extras (not in the monthly price, always approved by you first)
- Stain Treatments - Price varies based on severity and nature of stain and product used.
- DE Filter Cleaning.
- Salt Cell Cleaning.
- Labor for repairs.
- Parts for repairs.
- Pump timer programming.
- Hurricane or major storm debris removal and/or the addition of extra chemicals above standard weekly service.
- Extra service calls and/or the addition of extra chemicals (weekends or after regular service has already been provided for the day). These calls would normally be for fecal or vandalism incidents.
- Specialty chemicals authorized by the Client to remedy problems with surface or water clarity issues.
What we ask of you
- Keep trees and plants trimmed away from the pool. (Not to hang over deck or pool)
- Provide clear access to pool and equipment.
- Remove pool covers, rings, toys, rafts on day of service.
- Assure that all gates are operating properly.
Service technicians assume no responsibility for maintaining fences or gates at the customer's property.
